How do you meet change? It's the one constant force pushing us through life. For me, it’s ever becoming a practice of stretching my intention into the soft, quiet space within. When body speaks first, my mind follows, translating that inner guidance into choices that honor what is. Growth unfurls in its own time and I am present, aware, and aligned with my wellbeing.
Part of my work is reflecting back to you how truly capable you already are. I see you — and I believe you can do this. This is the ground we build from: a path toward strength and resilience that lasts.



Student Massage
As a student massage therapist, I offer Swedish relaxation massage that supports your body and nervous system. With a background in movement education and trauma-informed care, I create a safe space to reconnect with yourself.

Private Coaching
Personal wellness coaching designed to support your movement, self-awareness, and self-care. In these one-on-one sessions, you’ll reconnect with your body, build resilience, and explore practices that sustain your wellbeing.

Essential Strength Class
A weekly $20 drop-in movement class in Gibsons focused on building strength, mobility, and resilience through functional movement. Essential Strength invites you to reconnect with your body, deepen self-awareness, and move with greater presence.

Hello,
I'm Heather-Ann.
I’m a student therapist studying registered massage therapy and practicing on the Sunshine Coast. I am also a personal trainer and Movement Educator. My approach is rooted in the belief that pain in all it's forms is not simply something to “fix,” but a meaningful signal—a way the body asks for attention.
Through bodywork, healthy movement, and mindful presence, I support clients in reconnecting with themselves—physically, emotionally, and mentally. My goal isn’t just short-term relief, but helping you cultivate a deeper relationship with your body, so that change feels steady, sustainable, and embodied.

This work isn’t meant to replace your other activities — it’s designed to be complementary. Keep doing the things you love, and let’s also explore how you move, how you breathe, and how you perceive yourself.
Depending on your needs, our sessions might look like once a week, bi-weekly, or once a month. This isn’t a fad or an exercise brand you have to commit to.
